Meredith Marakovits watches Chris Young's Gatorade Bath

Chris Young ripped a 3 run homer to end Thursdays game between the Yankees and Rays, as the Yankees erased a 4-2 deficit. Meredith Marakovits escaped cleanly.

Alanna Rizzo get completely drenched, Blue Powerade and all.

Yeah this is a pretty good drenching.  Video at bottom.

Chase Headley gets doused, Meredith Marakovits catches some spray

After Mark Texeira homered to tie the game in the ninth, Chase Headley stepped up with a homer of his own to win it. Meredith Marakovits could completely escape the ensuing Gatorade Bath.

Ok, Yeah, I know Cory Spangenberg is living the dream.  He gets brought up to the Majors and makes his debut Monday, getting a 2 run single.  Then Tuesday, he pinch hits in the bottom of the ninth, and hits a walkoff homer to win the game.  So of course Gatorade was in order.

I don't that Kris Budden knew this was going to happen when she picked that dress out.

Tina Cervasio - one of my favorite sports reporters ever.

I have always loved watching her in the NY area, even saw her at a Red Bulls game one time. She has a great personality.
